Walshaw House

Set in a quiet residential area in the seaside town of Rhyl, Walshaw House has a wealth of local amenities. The local Post Office is just a few doors away and Rhyl’s beautiful sandy beach and promenade are on your door step. For more mobile service users there is along the promenade a popular bowling green, and the library is located just a short walk away.

We have the usual things you would expect to find in a residential home including a downstairs walk-in bath that enables are less able service users to enjoy the luxuries that our more able service users do on the upper floors.

With our large spacious lounge at the front of the Walshaw House and our sun lounge over-looking the rear, service users are offered the choice of comfortable serenity in both formal and informal seating arrangements. Activities take place morning , afternoon and evening and there is always somewhere to find a quite spot to enjoy some privacy if you do not feel like joining in with the activity.

Walshaw house enjoys strong links in the local community and we welcome groups, entertainers and clubs for visits to our Home.

Rhyl is just forty minutes away from the Snowdonia National Park and forty five minutes from the historic town of Chester.
